We offer free delivery an all orders to New Zealand and Australia. We aim to ship your item out within one business day, and depending on your location we aim to deliver within 3 days within New Zealand to 10 to 14 days to Australia.
You should receive a link to the order status page when you receive an order confirmation, a shipping confirmation or a shipping update. Please save these notifications to track your order, or contact info@saltyminx.com for information if your package has not arrived within 14 days.
OUR POLICY LAST 30 DAYS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 30 days is not eligible for a refund.

REFUNDS
If the product is faulty, or we can not find a suitable alternative if your selected suit does not fit, you can request a refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

RETURN SHIPPING
Please contact info@saltyminx.com before shipping your return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We use only the highest quality fabric tested rigorously to ensure your bikini and swimsuit will stand the test of time. Our fabric is chlorine, UV, sun cream and oil resistant. Each product is clearly labelled with the material used.
